Tout est parfait ! L’appartement est d’une grande propreté. Une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer des Caraïbes. Plafonds cathédrale avec une ventilation naturelle des Alizés, pas besoin de climatisation durant la journée. À proximité, une excellente boulangerie et un très bon restaurant de burgers et pizzas. Véronika est une hôte d’excellence, toujours disponible afin de répondre à toutes nos demandes. La ville de Saint-François est à proximité. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Toutes les photos de l’annonce correspondent exactement à la réalité.

Très bel appart et bien situé

La proprio répond rapidement et nous a donné plusieurs info très pratiques pour nous qui étions à notre première visite en Guadeloupe. L’appart était très propre et tout est planifié en cas de coupure d’eau ou électricité.

The apartment was in excellent location, very modern, clean, nice floor plan and has everything a family will need for an relaxing and amazing time. The view from the kitchen-living room is wow., plus one of the bedroom. Right of the beach, nice for swimming and walking. Veronika is a grate host, good communicator and you can tell she takes pride in her rentals. Thanks for having us. Will definitely use her rentals in the future.

Un appartement parfait!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement Ikaba début juillet 2022. L’appartement est superbe. Propre, lumineux et vraiment bien équipé. La climatisation la nuit permet de bien dormir et les alizées permettent de ventiler dans la journée. La résidence Crystal beach est aussi très agréable. La boulangerie et la pizzeria à l’entrée sont clairement un plus. Aussi, on s’y sent 100% en sécurité. Quant à Veronika, la propriétaire de l’appartement, elle est adorable et prévenante. On recommande à 100%.
