It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 41 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a communal garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The jetty for La Désirade and Petite Terre is also just a short walk away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private outdoor car park.
