Très bon séjour. Résidence bien située, sécurisée, avec très belle piscine. Parking facilement dispo même en cas d’arrivée tardive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'Anse des Rochers, la résidence est magnifique, le gîte est bien équipé, le matelas très confortable, malgré des soucis de climatisation et de four à micro onde, M. Jean-Charles a toujours été très réactif et a fait de son mieux pour que notre séjour soit agréable. La communication avec m. Jean Charles a été très bonne, je reviendrais volontiers, Merci pour tout.

bon séjour sans avoir fait connaissance du propriétaire....

bon séjour HEUREUSEMENT... sans avoir fait connaissance du propriétaire à l'arrivée (clé reçue par le voisin du dessous et clés donnée au départ au gardien de la résidence)....à part ça le logement aurait besoin de rénovation changement du frigidaire de plaques de cuisson un par douche dans la salle de bain et le sèche cheveux qui a l'air de dater de l'hôtel.... heureusement que l'on ne passe pas son temps dans la location....malheureusement je ne peux pas indiquée d'avoir été enchantée d'avoir fait la connaissance de monsieur JEAN CHARLES...QUI SE SOUCIS PEU DE CES LOCATAIRES....

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Emplacement idéal géographiquement pour visiter Grande Terre. Très appréciable d'avoir accès à la plage à pied (de plus plage avec peu de monde). Environnement calme et serein, avec gardien à l'entrée de la résidence.

Studio très bien équipé et très agréable bien situé dans la résidence . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .Le propriétaire est une personne très gentille tres avenant .Il réagit au moindre petit problème et veille au confort de ses locataires .j.Je Le remercie pour tout d'avoir pensé à notre petit déjeuner , papoue le planteur et les fruits gracieusement offerts .Apres un long voyage , ça fait super plaisir .Nous espérons bien y retourner

Points positifs : Appartement propre, quartier calme , résidence avec une plage privée et une piscine Points négatifs : Parfait pour les retraités de la métropole qui recherchent la tranquillité, et se retrouver entre eux , sans aucun contact avec la population guadeloupéenne ; wifi nulle ; idem téléphone : beaucoup trop cher pour 4 nuits ! éloigné de tout commerce
