Guadeloupe is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Departure from the airport PTP
Exit the airport by taking the road to the ring road or the exit leading to the national road towards Grande-Terre/ Saint-François.
Take the RN 4 towards the east / southeast
Follow the RN 4. You will pass through towns like Le Gosier, then Sainte-Anne.
Continue on RN 4 until the entrance of the Saint-François area.
Upon arriving in Saint-François, look for the signs indicating Golf and Pointe des Châteaux
When you see the Casino on your Left and the beginning of the aerodrome on the right—it’s time to pay attention to the bifurcation, and take the first on the Left
Take the left road towards 'Hauts de Saint-François'
Then take the first left towards the residential subdivision "Les Hauts de Saint-François"
Continue on this road until the entrance of the subdivision. The name: “Résidences Les Hauts du green”
You will therefore be facing a gate to enter the subdivision, your villa is located at the bottom on the left.
