30 minutes from the gates of Le Mans (Circuit des 24H) and 15 minutes from La Ferté Bernard (the little Venice of the West) in a setting full of charm, calm and comfort we welcome you for a tourist or professional stay. Very beautifully restored gîte, with spacious outdoor space, garage.
At your disposal, a large fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, a large living room with large screen, 2 sofas including a convertible for 2 people. Bathroom with large Italian shower, 1 sink. 1 independent toilet. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: landing with small lounge area, 1 bedroom with 2 140 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, private bathroom with micro-jet wellness shower, 1 sink and 1 toilet.
Covered and uncovered terrace. Furniture with Weber electric barbecue.
Open garage for 2 vehicles
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professionals: €50, extra.
Heating not included, extra depending on consumption (meter reading on arrival and departure), to be paid on site upon departure.
Wood extra: €60 per m3.
