An additional sleeping area accommodates a fifth person with a single bed (90 cm) and its own shower room. A patio, an interior courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, a garage, Wi-Fi access, baby equipment, and numerous other amenities complete this property designed for a relaxing holiday. Electric heating is provided in winter (meter readings are taken). The shared swimming pool is reserved exclusively for the occupants (no guests) of the two gîtes (3202) and the owners from June to the end of September, weather permitting.
