Propreté, hygiène et équipements très largement défaillants : ménage fait superficiellement à l arrivée, literie grinçante, matelas creusé, bouilloire et étendage à linge rouillés, cuisine et douche montés sur parpaings visibles et cachés grossièrement par des contre plaqués non fixés, four et plaque induction entrant en conflit lors de l utilisation en faisant sauter le disjoncteur, trous dans le carrelage, chambre des enfants avec fenêtre bloquée ne permettant pas d aérer et donc provoquant une montée en chaleur de la piece ....Non, je ne recommande pas cette location. Les photos sont prometteuses mais ne reflètent pas la réalité.Communication compliquée avec le gestionnaire du logement.
Des contre plaqués cache misère non fixés au mur
De l électroménager sale. Ménage non fait avant notre arrivée.
Bouilloire rouillée. Électroménager globalement vieux et non entretenu.
Four posé sur des parpaings. Encore des contre plaqué non fixé. Plaque induction ne pouvant fonctionner en même temps que le four sous peine de faire sauter le disjoncteur.
