Welcome to Oceana de l'Isle de Riez, a spacious and bright house nestled in the heart of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, just steps away from the ocean. Perfect for family or friends vacations, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in an atmosphere blending modern comfort, authenticity, and seaside spirit.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms:

- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190)

- A family bedroom with a double bed topped with a bunk bed (double), ideal for children or large tribes



You will also find a modern bathroom with shower, a large living room with television, a warm dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bar area with high stools invites you to friendly breakfasts or simple aperitifs.



An exterior designed to enjoy in all seasons



The enclosed garden ensures tranquility and safety, especially for children. The terrace covered by a large pergola allows you to take your meals sheltered from the wind or sun. A large table, comfortable chairs, and a barbecue are at your disposal for beautiful shared moments.
