The hotel was good
however our room was just too close to the pool and gym. The noise from someone dropping weights at 8.00am was disturbing
we were placed on the 3rd floor as it was their pet-friendly floor, however this room was just too close
 Housekeeping need to make sure quality and condition of towels provided are presentable
 Front desk staff excellent! Food at restaurant was good. Room was spacious.

Not for families

For a family trip this is not the hotel. There is no microwave or ice machine. The rooms are loud from the outside and the air/heat system is not good, had many issues trying to get a proper temp. The bathroom’s ventilation is bad and everyone can hear you of what’s going on.
