This 300 m2 house has been restored with quality materials in the purest Norman style. The landscaped park of 1 ha has a new swimming pool of 5m * 12m with security system by electric shutter (heated from April to October) and a new tennis court in Quick. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 Game Room, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The outdoor facilities are: barbecue, ping-pong table, table football, pétanque court. The house is exposed East / West, in peace and in lush greenery with lots of trees.
Towels / Sheets / Quilts included in the price. Beds made on arrival.
A la carte massage at home possible at an additional cost and breakfast services to see with the person (Nathalie) who manages the house on site.

Family holiday

We had a fun holiday despite heavy rain for 6 days! Beautiful spacious house, comfortable and warm with open fires lit. Brilliant pool and tennis court in between and during rain. The children had so much space. A very happy time for us and our family. So many things around that we couldn’t do because of weather but the house made up for it. Zoo, calvados experience brill shops in p’on leveque. Aquarium at Bourgogne too.

Great Holiday

Very beautiful house in beautiful surroundings.Although the agent wasnt there to greet us at the arranged time,the cleaners were and we had no problems during the week.The house felt like a very comfortable home and was extremely well equipped. A gorgeous lake nearby and delightful town. I would recommend this property for a holiday home.The call button on the gate was broken so initial access difficult.

Our special family holiday

The property was magnificent with attention to detail. An ideal place for our special family holiday including four children between the age of six and nine. Facilities were excellent. The pool ,tennis court,and pétanque court were highlights as were the outside seating and table arrangements. It was in a lovely area with a very pretty small town 10 minutes away with all facilities. The owners were exceptionally helpful in sorting out the problems with the existing local manager who has since been replaced. We thoroughly recommend this house. It is a five star plus holiday Julia and David Horton August 2019

French Country Living at its Best

Our crowd of seven American tourists were thrilled with our stay at this farm house in St. Hymer. The property seems to have recently been given a thorough renovation, and is a perfect blend of modern convenience with traditional charm. Set on a secluded country lane, only 5 minutes from Pont l'Eveque, the property sits on about 2 acres of pastoral beauty. A swimming pool, tennis court and broad patio contribute to the feeling of luxury accommodation. We did a lot of cooking for ourselves, and the range and oven aren't too hard to understand. The washer and dryer were a little more challenging, but we managed. Pont l'Eveque is a sweet little town with several very good restaurants (Auberge des Dominicains was our favorite), a fully stocked Intermarche for shopping (great cheap wine) and the A13 super highway just meters away. Very convenient. Nicolas, the owner, is a true gentleman and took very good care of us (via telephone). We were truly sad to leave, and have only the best things to say about this wonderful place in the country.

Nous avons fait la surprise de notre future mariée de séjourner pendant 3 jours dans cette belle maison de campagne. a 20 min de Deauville la route est vraiment facile est pratique. Malgré que nous ayons eu du mal à trouver la maison même avec le GPS, la propriétaire est venu se déplacer afin de nous y emmener. Le domaine est magnifique en pleine campagne le top pour évacuer et décompresser ! La piscine est royale, grande avec aucun vis à vis ! Pas mal de chose sont à disposition comme les raquettes de tennis, de ping pong, les serviettes de bain et le gel douche tout pour qu'on puisse être au mieux ! Nous étions simplement étonné que dans certaines chambres il n'y avait pas de lumière au plafond simplement des lampes de chevet. Peut être prévoir un peu plus d'équipement dans la cuisine (plat, casserole, tire bouchon) mais bon ce ne sont que des petits détails ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et également le jour du départ Merci encore et pourquoi pas A bientôt :) !
