Large 60 square metre flat in a chalet built in 2014, modern mountain style, south-facing balcony with magnificent views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC.

The chalet is located 200 metres from the Sybelles ski area (4th largest in France) and in the centre of the small family resort of St Jean d'Arves, with all shops close by.

Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
