A southeastern hillside. Beautiful natural setting of meadows and forests at the foot of the Aiguilles D'ARVES. Sector very quiet. Spacious cottage. Good comfort. Mountain charm with beautiful exposed beams. Unobstructed view of the mountains. Located 3.5km from St Jean d'Arves link Domaine Les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes) and 5km from St Sorlin d'Arves. Authentic mountain village with preserved traditions on the road to the famous Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard Glacier and opposite the very characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves.
