Drop your bags in this charming 60 m² apartment, located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes from the beaches and shops. Perfectly equipped, this modern and welcoming accommodation is ideal for a family or friends' stay.

Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden and a 35 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air, relaxing on the sun loungers or sharing delightful summer barbecues.



Inside, you will be seduced from the entrance by the bright living space consisting of a cosy lounge area with television, a friendly dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. Thanks to its bay window, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the garden from the lounge. The kitchen, functional and modern, is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and utensils necessary to cook as at home.

To the left of the entrance, a corridor leads to a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200), a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as an independent toilet. A staircase in the lounge will allow you to access a mezzanine hosting a second double bed (140x200), thus offering an additional sleeping space for 2 people.



For greater convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and two parking spaces located just in front of the accommodation.
