The Gîte du Chêne de Ménac is a charming, modern, detached house in a peaceful, rural setting in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 10 km from the beaches, 20 km from Guérande, and 26 km from La Baule.
Terrace and enclosed 900 m² garden (southwest-facing) offer superb views of the Brière marshes and a three-hundred-year-old oak tree.
Single-story layout: bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each with two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together), shower room/WC, separate WC, and laundry room.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, high chair, washing machine, and dryer.
Included: electricity and bed linen (beds made).
Not included: gas underfloor heating (€7/day), towels. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).
