Old house located near a cereal farm, adjoining outbuildings, close to the owner's home. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, storage room, shower room, toilet. 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed) (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Upstairs: mezzanine (1 extra single bed), 1 attic bedroom (2 double beds), shower room. 2-person sauna. Wi-Fi. 1500 m² landscaped grounds, 150 m² of which is enclosed (garden furniture, barbecue). Ping-pong table. Private covered swimming pool (5x10m), open from April 3 to September 15. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay. Additional charges:
Heating by pellet stove: €50/week (and for businesses: €100/week) and/or electric heating (based on meter reading): payable on site.
