Problème micro ondes

En arrivant en début de séjour nous nous sommes rendu compte que le four micro ondes ne fonctionné pas. Nous avons prévenu l'agence 44-45 par mail et par téléphone nous avons eu un retour qu'en fin de séjour le jeudi après-midi pour nous dire qu'un micro ondes était disponible en agence. Malheureusement nous séjournions en station au pla d'adet et il nous falait descendre au village de saint Lary. Donc déçu du service après-vente et de notre séjour sans micro ondes...

A l ouverture de la porte decu au premier coup d'œil sol sale état des WC et du cagibi dans un etat plus que moyen, miton poussière ,odeur de tabac aspirateur avec un filtre obstrué de poussière autrement avons passé un agréable séjour
