Le Petit Lynx - Chalet cocooning Haut Jura

This charming 60 m² chalet in the mountains of Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, with swimming pool and ski resort within walking distance, can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi included - we're waiting for you!

The 60 m² flat can accommodate 6 travelers. It is made up as follows:
First floor:
- A pleasant 25 m² living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine), a sitting area, a pellet stove available as an option,
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90x190)
- A shower room with windows (washing machine and ironing board)
- Separate WC with window

First floor:
- The mezzanine with a sitting area, relaxation area, TV and an office area (free broadband Internet access).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: electric grill/plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, potty and baby bath, ironing board and iron, parasol.

Outside:
- A large 30 m² terrace with plancha, dining table with seating for 6, parasol and deckchairs.
- Heated, covered communal swimming pool with changing rooms and showers. Open from 1 April to 30 September (Opening dates non-contractual). Opening hours: 9am-8pm, non-stop. Access is secured by badges.

The accommodation is suitable for all the family and is equipped for adults, children and babies (cot, high chair, bath, potty and cutlery). Board games and comics are available.

Ideally situated in the heart of the Haut Jura regional nature park, the chalet is set in a large private estate comprising several chalets harmoniously distributed on the hillsides and offering free access to leisure activities: indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, boules pitch, etc.

A central starting point for accessing the many tourist, sporting and cultural activities on offer in our beautiful Jura region in winter and summer alike. It is also close to the village of Saint Laurent en Grandvaux (10 minutes' walk), where you will find all the local shops (restaurants, food shops, casino, pharmacy, post office, bank, etc.).

Completely renovated in early 2024, le petit lynx is ready to welcome you with your family or friends for - sweet holidays.

- The cross-country ski runs are a 5-minute walk away, while the nearest downhill ski runs are a 10-minute drive away.
- Several hiking trails nearby for all types of walker.
- Lakes for water sports activities

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the condominium car park 30 meters from the chalet.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Laurent en Grandvaux, about 1 km away (3 minutes by car), with its famous " des hirondelles " line.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, 1 hour away.
- Buses serve Saint Laurent from Lons le Saunier, Dole and Saint Claude.

- Possibility of booking wellness treatments at home, to be booked before your arrival and paid for on site with our local partner.
- Access staircase to the mezzanine secured for children (gate)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

- All children are under the responsibility of an adult both in the accommodation and in communal areas (swimming pool, etc.).
- Access to the accommodation is via a few external steps - not accessible for PRM.
- Household linen, sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Please contact us to book linen as soon as your booking is confirmed).
- The pellet stove is available on request at an additional cost (supply of a full tank of pellet in the stove).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
