Welcome to your private studio in the heart of Saint-Louis, just minutes from Basel, EuroAirport, and local tram and train connections.
Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood, this elegantly designed studio offers a private entrance and complete independence within our family property. As resident hosts, we personally welcome every guest on arrival.


🏡 THE SPACE

Located on the upper floor of an independent building at the rear of our main residence, the studio has its own private entrance and offers complete independence.


🛋 LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

Up the stairs, you enter a bright living room with open kitchen and bar. Relax on the leather sofa in front of the 43" 4K television with access to the main streaming platforms. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils, glasses and tableware are provided.

🛜 High-speed fibre optic WiFi throughout the property — ideal for remote work and video calls.


🚿 BATHROOM

Spacious Italian shower with additional shower head and toiletries provided. Mirror with integrated ring light for comfortable grooming.


🛏 BEDROOM

Two single beds easily arranged as a double, fitted with room-darkening blinds that significantly reduce light. Please note that the studio has glazed sliding doors, a skylight in the bathroom and a frosted glass entrance door — soft natural light therefore enters the studio during the day. For guests particularly sensitive to light, we recommend a sleep mask. Work desk with reading lamp and full wardrobe with hangers, shelves and drawers.
The studio is ideally suited for solo travellers or couples. For families or groups of 3, a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room — please let us know before arrival so we can prepare it for you. Please note that the space does not offer full separation between sleeping areas, which suits some groups perfectly but may represent a compromise in terms of privacy for others.

The living room and kitchen are heated by ceiling-mounted infrared panels for gentle, even warmth. The reversible air conditioning unit in the bedroom ensures a comfortable temperature even on the hottest days.

High chair, travel cot, toys and children's tableware available on request — contact us in advance and we will prepare everything for your arrival.

📋 PRACTICAL INFORMATION

We personally welcome every guest between 16:00 and 21:00. We will show you the studio and answer any questions before you settle in. Arrivals outside this window are not possible. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency on our end, a secure lockbox is available as a backup within the same hours.

To confirm your reservation and comply with French legal requirements, please send us the following details for each guest within 24 hours of booking, via the platform messaging system: full name, home address, mobile number and date of birth, as well as your estimated arrival time. This information is required by French law and allows us to prepare your welcome in the best possible conditions.

If the reservation was made on behalf of others, the full details of all occupants must be provided immediately. Non-French nationals will be required to complete a fiche individuelle de police on arrival — we provide this form on site. A valid identity document is required from all guests at check-in. Access will be refused if the persons present do not match the reservation.

Following your booking, you will receive a message via the platform messaging system containing important additional information. Please read it carefully and respond — this allows us to answer any questions before your arrival.


🏠 ESSENTIAL RULES

Smoking, vaping and the use of candles or open flames are strictly prohibited inside the studio and throughout the property. The garden, terrace and all outdoor areas are private family spaces and are not accessible to guests. Access is limited to registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00.


🔒 ADDITIONAL NOTES

The exterior areas of the property are under video surveillance. The studio does not have a washing machine — a full-service dry cleaner with pressing is located directly across the street, and several self-service laundromats are nearby. In case of key loss, replacement of the door lock cylinder will be charged at €250.
