Accueil chaleureux de la part de M Portier.L'appartement est conforme à la description faite sur le site . Il n'y manque rien. A proximité de commerces, à quelques pas des belles plages et des Thermes. Aucun problème de stationnement, dans ce secteur de Saint Malo, les parkings sont gratuits. Un grand plus... tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour malouin.

Tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très cosy ! Le propriétaire a été dès le départ à l’écoute et prévenant, son accueil était très chaleureux. Un immense Merci à lui ! L’appartement est décoré avec goût, tout propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement bien situé, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Deux vélos sont mis à disposition si besoin. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Très bon emplacement. Proche de la plage et proches commerces. Vélos mis à disposition gracieusement ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement intra-muros. Hôte sympatique et à l'écoute.

A recommander

Un grand merci au propriétaire des lieux pour la propreté de l'appartement (par ailleurs bien agencé et bien équipé) et d'une façon plus générale, pour son implication. Le logement est très bien situé (à 2 pas de la "digue"), proche de commerces (supérette et boulangerie, institut de beauté :-) etc. Le stationnement est relativement facile mais pas directement dans la rue : gros fainéants s'abstenir ;-) Rue qui, curieusement, n'est pas en sens unique : il y a pas mal de circulation. Nous ne savons pas si c'est dérangeant en journée (étant absents) mais en tout cas, heureusement, le soir, cela ne pose pas de problème (la chambre est de l'autre côté). En bref, nous ferons encore ce choix lors de notre prochain séjour à St-Malo.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe, gute Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Alles, was man so braucht, ist da, fünf Minuten zum Strand und ebenso viele Gehminuten zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger. Ein freundlicher Hausmeister unterstützt vor Ort. Und hat es in St. Malo sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Parame, Saint-Malo in July very much. The apartment is nice and comfortable for two adults, there is everything you need (except WiFi), the kitchen is well equipped. Nice, that there are 2 bikes! It's a short way to the beautiful beach (5 minutes on foot). The old town of Saint Malo, intra muros, is nearby, just a 20 minutes walk along the beach. Thank you Monsieur Portier for the friendly contact and your tips for us as German tourists.

idealement situé ce logement est à la fois fonctionnel, propre, de très bon goût, idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme, on peut aller à la plage à pied. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants, Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!

L'appartement est nickel comme sur les photos , très bien placé et l'endroit est calme . Nous avons pu faire de belles balades grâce aux vélos que nous laisse les propriétaires qui sont d'ailleurs très accessible. Nous y reviendront sûrement et avec plaisir !
