Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Malo, a small cocoon that exudes a warm and exotic atmosphere located in one of the oldest buildings of the old Intra-Muros city. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator), with a surface area of 32 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it consists of a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A lounge area with sofa bed, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave oven, oven, coffee maker...)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, on-street parking is not free.
- St Malo Intra Muros is served by bus lines 2 / 3 / 9.
- Saint Malo train station: 2km, 30m walk.
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry terminal: 5mn walk. Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey

Other remarks:
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection.
- It is not possible to use the fireplace. It is for decorative purposes only.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- Access to the 3rd floor is via a rather narrow and steep period staircase
- Low water pressure in the shower.
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between two options:

- either an autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the apartment or 5 minutes by car from the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 1 and 8.

- or a physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and hand over the keys.

You'll immediately be won over by the location, character and charm of the place.

Neighborhood and activities:
- La plage de bon secours, porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach, at low tide you can go to the ile du Grand bé where you'll find Chateaubriand's tomb.
- All shops are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
- The city museum in one of the city's dungeons, with a panoramic view of Saint-Malo
- The Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St-Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside, or with the little train for a commented historical tour of the city.
- Rue de l'Orme, also known as the Rue Gourmande, is home to some great local produce: butters and cheeses from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables in all 4 seasons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe. Two mini-markets on rue St-Vincent and rue de Dinan.

- On Place Chateaubriand, you'll find great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale to delight your taste buds and your eyes (reservations recommended), and the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups, in a brocante decor.
- In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic ambience at St-Patrick's, a bistro atmosphere at Java with its swings, or a beer-loving Aviso with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, head to La Fabrique, and if you prefer the atmosphere of sailing and boating, on the harbor alongside the Bassin Vauban, you can toast to Trinquette!
