Both chic and comfortable, this beautiful 130 m² apartment is set in a former seaside palace of Saint-Malo, the Franklin Hotel, built in 1861. The building and its interiors reflect the style of a luxury hotel: a magnificent historic façade, a majestic entrance carefully restored. As soon as you step through the apartment door, you will be captivated by its spaciousness and drawn into the living area offering an exceptional sea view. The living room, facing the beach, invites you to relax and share moments together. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a mix of classic and modern decoration. One has a double bed (140x190), the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, offers a single bed (90x190). These two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet connected to the bathroom. To reach the third bedroom, a few steps must be climbed. This master suite, with its Japanese-inspired decor, overlooks the living room with a sea view. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. Its adjoining bathroom, with boat-deck flooring, includes a bathtub, a double sink, and a separate toilet.
