The flat is ideally located in Saint-Servan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are within easy reach.
2 mini-markets open 7 days a week are less than 500 meters away on foot (at Les Bas Sablons and near Ste Croix church) and a Carrefour Market is 50 meters away in Rue Ville Pepin.
Activities :
- A market on the Place de Saint-Servan 200 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays in the halles where you will find fresh fish. There is a small oyster market every Sunday in Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre).
- Saint-Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- You can get to the Intra-muros historic centre in 15 minutes on foot down the Saint-Servan shopping street.
- Beaches and walks: protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.
- Just a stone's throw from the flat, you can enjoy the Bel Air park and its children's play areas. We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.

If you choose to come by car, there is a free public car park 50 meters from the accommodation.

Several bus routes serve Saint-Servan: route 1 (Intra-Muros/The station/La Madeleine shopping centre), route 6 (Intra-Muros/C Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and route 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) takes you to the other seaside areas of Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville...
