“Le Marco Polo” will charm you with its exposed beams, stone walls, and two decorative fireplaces (not in use).
Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality 4 hotel linen* (sheets, towels, dish towels) is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

Un grand appartement à st Servan

Points positifs : très belle surface, très lumineux 2ème wc à l’étage des rangements dans la chambre et salle de bain. Très bien placé. Points à améliorer : la salle de bain ( pas de mitigeur, rideau pour la baignoire qui va jusqu’au sol, carrelage fendu) impossible de se tenir debout dans la baignoire en sous pente).Les fenêtres de la grande pièce sont vétustes, des rideaux ne se relèvent plus. Les canapés totalement mous. Côté cuisine, des éléments basiques tels corbeille à fruits, à pain, carafe d’eau , mug,grosse marmite pour la cuisson des crustacés sont manquants. Dommage qu’un si beau bien ne soit pas mieux entretenu.

Bel appartement 👍 Dommage qu’il manque des ustensiles de cuisines ( il y a des casseroles , mais qu’une seule PETITE poêle et que 4 assiettes . . ) Même pour 2 personnes c’est insuffisant , sauf si l’on mange un steak chacun son tour ! Dommage . . .
