Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² house for rent in the heart of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people.

It comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the 1ᵉ floor:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), wardrobe cupboard
- a shower room with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, wc.
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and en-suite shower room with washbasin, wc, towel dryer, washing machine.

Outside:
- Private courtyard of 50 m2 with a table and four chairs.

For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: ironing board and iron, high chair, cot (we can install a cot for babies on request when you book).

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is charged on all Intra Muros streets and in the car parks around Intra Muros.

- St Malo Intra Muros is served by bus: lines 2 / 3 / 9.
- Saint Malo train station: 2km (30m walk) or bus line 2.
- Dinard airport: 25 minutes by car - London in 50 minutes.
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.
- From Place St-Vincent, there are bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Cale de Dinan 300m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing: 10-minute crossing.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box 30 minutes' walk from the accommodation or 5 minutes' drive, accessible by public transport.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you will be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and hand over the keys.

On site, the Cocoonr team, which specialises in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, will be on hand to help you throughout your stay to make the most of it.
