Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Well equipped and great for a couple. Comfy bed with clean, crisp linen and mattress pad. Safe and secure top floor apartment in a quiet block (stayed early October). Bike storage in underground area or in the racks of gated courtyard (but this was sometimes left unlocked by other residents in block). Right by the sea wall on west side of harbour. Windows and balcony give great views over Saint Martin. Great communication by host at all times. Couple of ‘cautions’ about apartment - the mezzanine floor is very restricted and you would really struggle if you are tall. Stairs leading to floor have restricted headroom as you reach bedroom. Shower has mediocre water pressure, but always plenty of hot water. No oven, just hob and combi microwave. Rest of kitchen well equipped for crockery, glasses, pans & utensils. Ideal for a short stay and despite the headroom issue would probably stay again if the price stayed the same.

Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée par une jeune fille qui nous a tout expliqué avec beaucoup de clarté et de gentillesse.L’appartement est non seulement très beau, mais aussi idéalement situé, à proximité du port et de toutes les commodités. La connexion Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement.La possibilité de nous procurer des vélos pour la semaine s’est révélée être une excellente idée.En bref, nous avons passé un séjour vraiment excellent.
