Don't tell anyone, but the fishing spots of Tharon-Plage to Saint Michel are in the top 3 best sunset spots on the coastline, you will definitely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos of the sun setting in the sea, summer and winter, just steps from the house.



Located under the pine trees at the edge of Bois Roi and its fitness trail, this 110m² Nantes house is built on a former 700m² dune, a few steps from the beaches and the town of Saint-Michel (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit factory, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press café bar and restaurants). Its garden and terrace will be ideal for sharing convivial moments. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child.



Being of "Nantes" type means that the living areas are upstairs, which still allows, despite the pine trees and trees, to enjoy a small sea view.

La maison que nous avons louée nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances, en grande partie parce qu'elle est à deux pas d'une plage pas trop fréquentée, et située dans une rue très peu passante. Et nous avons aussi bien profité de sa terrasse ombragée !
