"Useful" floor area: 82m². Country house from the beginning of the 20th century renovated 12km from the slopes (3 Valleys link). Charming typical hamlet. Very quiet. South-facing hillside. Pleasant preserved natural setting. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Large covered terrace of 50m². Beautiful open view. Electric mountain bike rental offered by the owners. 12 km from the Orelle cable car and the link to Val-Thorens, Les 3 Vallées (the largest ski area in the world with 600 km of slopes). The famous Valloire-Valmeinier resort is 22 km away (the largest ski area in Maurienne). Very close to the Vanoise National Park. A prime location for exploring the summer on foot, hiking and cycling (many legendary passes!).
