Ground floor: 40 m² living/dining room with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, heated veranda, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed) + 1 duplex bedroom with library area (2 90x190 cm beds), shower room/laundry room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 90x190 cm beds + extra trundle bed, 2: 160x200 cm bed, 3: 140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player, and complete baby equipment.
Included: Electricity, linens (beds made upon arrival), and firewood.
Not included: Pellet boiler heating (12 bags included - over 12 bags approximately €8/bag), towels, and tourist tax.
