The house is about 15 minutes from Narbonne, 30 km from the Mediterranean, and 40 minutes from Carcassonne.



Outdoors, enjoy your own private space designed for sunny days: a refreshing pool reserved for guests, pétanque court, large charcoal barbecue, and a terrace for al fresco dining. There’s also a bike garage—perfect for exploring the Canal du Midi and the surrounding area.
