• Bed linens and towels not included.
• Please note that under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be cancelled without compensation. Please get in touch with us directly if you need a group booking.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage & cleaning deposit (+ access badge): €350 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required).
• Eco tax per day and person: €0.65 (2024 rate) (subject to change)
• A small daily tourist tax will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates

Facilities

• Parking: 1 parking space adjacent to the mobile home. Additional vehicle authorized in indoor parking: €15/week (subject to availability).
• Aquatic area:
• Heated outdoor swimming pool, waterslides, paddling pool
• Open dates and hours: every day from 10 am to 7 pm. Heated outdoor swimming pool: all season, (subject to good weather conditions)

• Animations:
• High season brings daily sports like fitness, archery, and aquabike, plus kids' fun with bouncy castles and mini jet skis. Evenings feature shows, from magic to disco and pool parties.
• Children's Club (6-12 years old): open during summer school holidays, 6 days a week (except Saturday). Activities include treasure hunts, face painting, sports Olympics, painting and craft activities, mini foam disco, pony rides, archery, etc.

• Services: on-site restaurant & bar, outdoor fitness equipment, regular bus to beaches, city centre and Perpignan, shared BBQ area, bread and fresh pastries delivery (at reception)

• End-of-stay cleaning package*: €60.
• Pets: €6/day/pet (1 pet maximum per rental, dog or cat accepted. Exotic pets refused.
• Bed linens kit*: €22/single bed - €26/double bed (single-use sheets)
• Bath kit (1 small + 1 large towel)*: €15/kit
• Baby kit (travel cot without mattress + high chair + bath)*: €5/day or €25/week. Cane stroller: €4/day or €15/week.
• Collective charcoal barbecue in a designated and secure area (provide charcoal, use subject to prefectural authorization).
• Wifi access: from €5/device. Various packages are offered on-site. A hotspot at the bar provides free access to 30 minutes/day for 1 device.
• Self-service laundry (washing machine and dryer): €7/wash, €5/drying. Loan of iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner (on request at reception)
