Covid Quarentine

Nice hotel but I was not informed when I booked the hotel or at entry that this hotel is used for quarentine of Covid patients. Who come down and get there breakfast. Wasn’t at all happy about that

Oceanis 11!

We stayed here overnight on a trip to the south west of France from Cherbourg. Nestled on the corner of a roundabout on the outskirts of St Nazaire, once inside it reveals itself quite a gem. The bar and restaurant arranged a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, it’s edges bedecked with thatched parasols makes one think of the south of France rather than southern Brittany. Good food, service and rooms. A good tip is that it’s only a 6 minute drive from La Plage de Mr Hulot where Jacques Tati made the eponymous film in 1953 but which still retains its charming character.

Ok, good budget place

It is an ok hotel. Bathroom tile grout looked kind of bad. Breakfast was continental style, nothing hot except for toast, or if you want to wait for an egg to boil. I brought a coffee cup to my room one day, and although it was empty, the cleaning staff left it there for the remainder of my stay. Very nice restaurant staff, but the area is full of car dealerships with only one other restaurant that I never saw people at. Nice looking pool.

Enjoyable

Even with a satnav we found it hard to find the hotel but when we did everything about the hotel was good, except, perhaps it's location. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The man at the reception desk is very cold. No emphaty at all. No information about the time of the breakfast, restaurant etc. In the room there's a QR code to know about the offered services....it does not work. In short I'll find another hotel next time.
