Access via a shared entrance hall and interior staircase. Living room with balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm) with balcony, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Large shared open garden. Garage for skis and bikes. Private parking in front of the gîte (2 parking spaces). Old renovated farmhouse from the 19th century. Mountain atmosphere with lots of character, in an exceptional setting on the edge of the forest, facing Mont-Blanc and overlooking the village of Flumet. Close to nature, quiet and close to shops and slopes.
