Beautiful farmhouse of the 19th century renovated country. Beautiful natural site of meadows and forests. Quiet residential area. South hillside. Good comfort. Very warm. Terrace. Nice and large outdoor area well equipped with old bread oven. Panorama and landscape out of the ordinary. Privileged location in an enchanting natural setting! Close to the Bottières slopes/Les Sybelles area (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). Cross-country skiing at 10 km. Gondola connection from Orelle to Val-Thorens/3 Vallées at 24 km (largest ski area in the world with 600 km of slopes. At 11 km, Saint Jean de Maurienne, City "of Art and History" and "world capital of Cyclo-climbers". Many mythical passes nearby!
