La sérénité et le calme à proximité de la belle ville de Dax.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ; la maison est magnifique , au calme et très bien équipée. La maison est confortable et le terrain est vaste . La présence d'animaux dans le champs mitoyen est appréciable .Un centre commercial de grande qualité est accessible à 2 mn en voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons dans cet hébergement avec grand plaisir. Odile et Marc.

Ein gemütliches altes Häuschen auf großem Grundstück

Das liebevoll renovierte typische Fachwerkhäuschen der Landes aus dem 19. Jh mit blauen Fensterläden steht auf einem großen Grundstück und ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Vor dem Tor moderne Flachdachbauten - hinter dem Tor eine andere Welt: Dort leben die Tiere von Christine und Michel: Ziegen, Schafe, Hühner, Gänse und Tauben. Auch ein großer Nutzgarten liegt beim Haus. Auf dem Grundstück stehen noch andere Gebäude, die jedoch zum Teil noch zerfallen sind: Eine typische Mühle der Landes und ein Stallgebäude. Letzteres soll jedoch bald wieder zum Leben erwachen und renoviert werden. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr über Getränke und einen Pastis des Landes gefreut, die Michel und Christine zum Willkommen bereitgestellt hatten. Im Haus ist alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub als Selbstversorger eingerichtet. Die Bilder auf dem Portal entsprechen vollkommen der Wahrheit. In Bad und Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt (ok, man muss per Hand spülen ;-) ): Waschmaschine, Grill, genug Geschirr für 4 Personen - alles da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe genug: Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben ein jeweils 1,40m breites Bett mit einer großen Decke. Wer das nicht mag, sollte sich eigene Bettdecken mitbringen. Auf dem Grundstück durften wir uns uneingeschränkt bewegen und die zahlreichen Sitz- und Ruheplätze nutzen – wahlweise unter Bäumen oder in der Sonne. Wichtig ist, draußen den noch unrenovierten zerfallenen Gebäuden fernzubleiben, was mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht etwas schwierig werden könnte. Sehr schön fanden wir, dass wir abends, wenn es kühl wurde, im Wohnzimmer oder am Küchentisch beisammensitzen konnten. Da wir große Tierfreunde sind und selbst Tiere haben, freuten wir uns über die neugierigen Ziegen und das Krähen des Hahns. Dass Michel und Christine ihre Tiere zweimal am Tag versorgten, ihren Gemüsegarten gossen und den Rasen mähten, haben wir kaum bemerkt. Sie waren sehr diskret und nutzten die Zeit, in der wir am Meer waren. Meist sind wir mit dem Auto nach Messanges an den Strand gefahren, wo man, wenn man ein bisschen an der Küste entlangläuft, auch genug ruhige Plätze findet. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 35min. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen und es gern ein bisschen ländlich haben, sind dort richtig. Christine und Michel danken wir sehr herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft und würden uns freuen, sie und ihr kleines Paradies einmal wiederzusehen.

La campagne dans la ville

C'est une ancienne ferme à proximité de la ville, comme un petit bout de campagne préservé. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Excellent séjour !

Reserva dificultosa

Reservamos la propiedad y no pudimos contactar con el propietario , ya que no contestaba ni el correo electrónico ni el teléfono. Llamamos a vrbo para que nos dieran una solución y su única respuesta fue que tendríamos que estar esperando en la puerta de la propiedad hasta la hora del chek-in hasta que apareciera el dueño y de no ser así nos buscarían otra propiedad con la incertidumbre ( después de habernos desplazado hasta el lugar ) de no saber el tiempo que tardarían en alojarnos ni el tipo de propiedad. Llegamos a la propiedad y las personas que se encontraban desconocían que la propiedad se había reservado, teniendo que explicar y enseñar la documentación de la reserva. Después de unas llamadas telefónicas.....conseguimos entrar... aunque tuvimos que esperar 2 horas más hasta que la propiedad estuviera lista para poder entrar. Una vez alojados la gente que nos recibió fue muy amable y comunicativa ( padres del propietario ) .Una vez solucionados todos los problemas , la estancia fue buena en un lugar bonito. Mal recuerdo de la reserva y sobre todo, de la falta de soluciones por parte de Vrbo. ,poca empatía con el cliente.....Las soluciones hay que tenerlas antes de salir de viaje y no en el destino ....
