It has a total of 5 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
Ground floor: 1 master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and its own shower room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) (also with access to the shower room), a WC, a living room, and a kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the last bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), and a WC.
The house includes a large 1,400 m² garden with a covered terrace and a griddle.
For a refreshing dip, there is a large heated swimming pool (12 x 5 m).
A double garage for storing bicycles, cars, or other items.
