Pretty house in the heart of the village, with its planted terrace
Relax in this quiet, elegant home.
Situated in the heart of the town, yet in a quiet location, we offer you our maison oléronaise, which we have completely rebuilt, adding a hut and a pretty stone terrace-garden.
The house is located 4 km from the beach, a stone's throw from the market, shops, cinema and restaurants. Free parking is available on the street or in the free parking lots nearby.
We have chosen to open up the house to make the most of its
35 m2. The sofa unfolds into a comfortable bed facing the terrace.
We spent several years designing, building and decorating our little house. It is organized, in the manner of a Roman house, around the shower room (a glassed-in area with a washbasin and a spacious walk-in shower).
We've fully equipped it so that everyone can invest in it comfortably (Nespresso coffee maker, oven, induction hob, dishwasher), and for market returns: Magimix food processor, electronic scales « La Fabuleuse » cocoa maker,
Fiber optics, TV, a selection of books and a pretty puzzle should keep you occupied during quiet moments.
For safety reasons, we'd like to keep the upstairs mezzanine and the terrace hut private.
Fanny will be delighted to welcome you on place with great kindness.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and cleaning.
