Beaucoup d’efforts à prévoir
Beaucoup de travaux de rénovation à prévoir (velux, portes des placards, vaisselle dépareillée et cassée, ustensiles le cuisine fatigués, …), escalier menant à la mezzanine est très raide et dangereuse surtout avec des enfants, la télé ne fonctionne pas à 100% ce qui a été signalé au propriétaire.
La proximité des commerces et restaurants est un petit plus.
