This independent house is the old village school and has a closed courtyard (55 m²) and a garage, in the center of a small rural village.

Nearby: Chalencon (medieval village, castle, Devil's Bridge), Bourianne lava flow, Arzon gorges, aquatic center, all shops and services in Vorey (8 km). Planned opening of an inn in the village in 2019. Simple and functional, the cottage includes, on the ground floor, a living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area near the closed fireplace (free wood) and a lounge area with TV.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each, a bathroom and a separate toilet. High chair.

The 2nd floor consists of a bedroom with 1 bed 140, a bedroom with 2 beds 90, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Electricity and electric heating included in the rates. Tea towels provided.
