You will have about 65m ² well arranged: a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and unlimited WIFI, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed + two single bunk beds) a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine.
You can enjoy the terrace (14m²) to relax and watch the sunset.
Two parking spaces are available in the basement of the residence.

Belle expérience en Centre ville
Appartement fonctionnel et correspondant à l'annonce. Pour ceux qui aiment la vie urbaine avec la mer à quelques pas. La piscine est au top (quand il fait plus chaud à l'extérieur).

Excellent choix de la location
Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Gilbert il a prit le temps de tt nous expliquer et nous a même conseillé sur certaines randos et visites . Des rafraîchissements nous attendaient au frais
L appart est très agréable avec sa terrasse et la clim dans les chambres il est bien équipé lave vaisselle lave linge
Et la salle d eau est ravissante avec une douche très spacieuse
Il est bien situé dans st Pierre résidence très calme avec une superbe piscine 2 parking en ss sol
Je recommande à 100%
