On its 550 m² plot, this town house has a gravelled courtyard to the south and a lawned rear garden with its mimosa and an outdoor shower with hot water. Parking on the property. At Quay 26 you embark aboard a charming and carefully renovated gîte. Christelle and Claude give life and sparkle to this house, anchored in a resort with diverse and varied profiles, which makes it very charming. Indeed, without touching the car and within a radius of 2 km, you will find at the same time: two ports, beaches and coves, casino, restaurants, shops, minigolf, seawater swimming pools, nautical and sports activities, club beaches, entertainment, ... Hikers will enjoy the walks and the diversity of landscapes offered in particular by the GR34 coastal path. Ruhige Lage nahe Ortsmitte Saint Quay

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 500 m von der Ortsmitte Saint Quay entfernt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Es ist ein altes Haus, das liebe- und geschmackvoll restauriert wurde. Die Küche und das Bad sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind für eine Familie mit Kindern oder zwei Paare geeignet. Vor dem Haus lädt eine kleine Piazza mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill usw. zum Essen draußen ein, hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein geradezu riesiger Garten mit einer schattenspendenden Linde, einer Sitzgruppe und sogar einem eigenen Boule-Platz. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wer in der manchmal überraschend kühlen Vorsaison anreist, sollte vorher klären, dass die Heizung angestellt wird. Das Haus wird Ende September 2023 mit einem neuen Außenanstrich versehen und wird dann auch außen ein echtes Schmuckstück werden. Eine (super)Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt und Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Strand und das legendäre Meeresschwimmbad von Saint Quay-Portrieux.

Super séjour

Très jolie maison, fonctionnelle pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être tranquille. Décorée avec goût et proche des commerces et de la plage. Christelle est une hôte très agréable, souriante et prévenante. Nous avons passé un super séjour !
