Great vacation house

Property was just as advertised, which is a big plus. Great views, incredible pool, we had all meals on the pool deck dining table overlooking the ocean.Simply incredible.Host was easy to communicate with, they checked in on us after a stormy evening, and we had no issues during our 10 day stay.

Splendid views from Villa M

A wonderful week enjoying the sunsets and stunning views out to sea, over the bay, and across the hills. So lovely to have a choice of outdoor seating areas with plenty of sun loungers, good sized pool and smart sun shades. Lots to do nearby but mostly we didn’t want to leave the peace and tranquillity of the villa. Convenient local shops and good exercise biking back up the hill! The sea breeze on several days was welcome. The fans in the rooms were adequate though some might prefer air con.

fabulous would have been 5 stars if there was air conditioning.

There was 10 in our party, made up of 2 x families. Our first impressions of the accommodation was ‘WOW’. This didn’t change throughout our stay. The villa has been renovated to incorporate an open plan and communal environment. The panoramic views / sunsets were spectacular morning, noon & night. The weather was amazing so we lived outside and around the pool most of the time. The only thing the villa missed was air conditioning and no fans. We apparently stayed during a freak weather week when there was no wind coming off the sea which meant the air just didn’t circulate at night making it difficult to sleep in the heat. I believe air conditioning is due to me fitted. The owner of the property was friendly and prompted with his communication on every occasion.

Vue exceptionnelle et villa très agréable et facile à vivre !

La villa est très agréable à vivre avec de nombreux espaces. Elle est très bien équipée, avec les petites attentions pour faciliter l’installation (capsules de café, rosé et glaçons, gel douche et éponge neuve dans chaque salle de bain, papier toilette, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, sac poubelle, pastille lave vaisselle, lessive). La plancha de qualité (Kampouz, grand modèle inox) est parfaite pour les repas extérieurs et il y a plus qu’il ne faut en vaisselle ! La piscine est grande pour en profiter en famille. Le quartier est très calme (très peu de passage), tout en étant à proximité immédiate d’un excellent boucher, d’une pizzeria et d’une superette. La plage et le centre d’Agay sont à 5 min en voiture et il est facile de s’y garer. L’élément qui rend ce séjour magique est la vue exceptionnelle ! Le propriétaire est très accueillant et partage toutes les instructions bien détaillées en amont. Le jardin paysager et le mobilier extérieur sont aussi à souligner ! Il y a suffisamment de transats et de parasol pour tous autour de la piscine. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten das Objekt für mehrere Wochen gebucht. Das Haus war sauber, hat eine super Lage. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
