Problème de propriété qui nous ont values un petit tour au commissariat de frejus

Petit appartement sympathique et bien situé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Mais il faut s'assurer avant que ce soit le propriétaire qui loue le bien Autrement,attention aux harcèlements continus et désagrément de se voir convoquer au commissariat de police

très déçu

Appartement très bien situé plein centre ville, proche port/plages/toutes commodités, ce qui est le seul point positif. En effet, le bien est vetuste, peu équipé (pas d'aspirateur (en panne), fer à repasser...y compris pour cuisiner (planche à découper, couteaux cuisines, essoreuse salade, tire bouchon...), la wifi ne marchait pas, pas de climatisation/ventilateur (obligé ouvrir fenêtres ce qui contraint à subir le bruit de l'avenue centrale toute la nuit...), état de propreté passable (cheveux dans le lavabo, traces dans toilettes, vaisselles sales...)...et pas de place de parking or tout le centre ville est payant. Enfin à noter nous avons découvert que l'appartement était en sous location, contre l'avis du propriétaire. En conclusion nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement, s'il est toujours mis à disposition.
