Located in the sought-after Villas du Hameau district, within the private and secure Cap Esterel estate in Saint-Raphaël, Alpaga Estérel is a beautiful 75 m² villa with a southern exposure and an unobstructed view of the sea and the Cap Dramont semaphore.



Away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the estate, facing the Île d'Or, this single-sided semi-detached villa enjoys a peaceful, privileged setting. It is accessible on one level, with free parking nearby and the possibility of unloading your vehicle directly in front of the terrace.
