Rent as of 31/05/2019 a studio with rez of garden and terrace feet in the water with only 2.5 km of the center town of Saint Raphael (between Fréjus and Boulouris). Supervised sand beach in the summer. Exceptional location of the sea view studio with small park lit at night and seafront without vis-à-vis or road to cross or cars. Quiet location, secure and guarded, private parking on site free and covered, private road for direct access to the sea and coastal path, beautiful panoramic sea view.
Scalable rental price during the summer (June to end of October 2019) with the possibility of a bi-weekly reduction.
2 children - up to 15 years old with a small extra charge per week - accommodated in cabin space separated from the main living room.
Toilet and bolster business, sheets, blankets provided included in the price.
Little dog accepted.

Studio fonctionnel et pratique
Le studio est fonctionnel et pratique. Emplacement idéal pour la plage (1 minutes à pied !) mais un peu loin du centre et de l'animation (prévoir 45 minutes à pieds) ou comme nous location de scooter pour une total liberté. Largement suffisant car nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement et nous n'y avons pris que les petits dej. Vu magnifique !
