Large living room with large picture window with garden and sea view, sofa bed and air conditioning. Fully equipped American kitchen. Sea view terrace. Garage, Mediterranean garden of 500m2 with children's play area. Magnificent Baumette beach 200 meters away (gentle slope, ideal for children). Small shopping center 100 meters away (mini-market, bakery, fishmonger, local wines, restaurants, etc.). Optional linen and towels package. Villa classified tourist residence 3 stars.
