Gîte Le Cottage welcomes up to 10 guests in a shared courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The spacious living area offers a comfortable lounge and dining space. Central heating ensures a pleasant temperature. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with sink, shower and toilet. Enjoy a private terrace overlooking the courtyard. Three bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm), and a mezzanine dormitory for children offers 4 single beds (90 cm). All bedrooms are upstairs, making this gîte ideal for families and groups looking to relax and explore the region.
Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s play area, pétanque court, and large terrace with barbecue and plancha at the Logis cottages in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, foosball, and a 5,500 m² garden. The entire property is shared with the owners and three cottages.
In the village center, you’ll find a bakery, butcher, and bar-tabac. Saujon is 7 minutes away, Royan and Saintes are 15 minutes away. A supermarket is 7 minutes away.
Parking is 140 m away. Bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and groceries are provided on arrival. Beds made, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra charge.
