appartement tres bien equipé et UNE VUE!!!......extraordinaire!!! sur le lac de serre ponçon en face et embruns sur la droite.magasin super U à 10 minutes en voiturepetit balcon avec table et chaises (comme sur la photo)par contre il est situé en hauteur ce qui fait qu' il est impossible de garer sa voiture au pied de l' immeuble même pour dechager ces bagages, le denivelé entre le parking en dessous et l' acces est d' environ 4 metres ce qui correspond à 38 petites marches de 10 cm de hauteur( d'un coté de l' acces) ou 29 marches larges de l' autre coté appartement tres calmevoir photo
