Ground floor: laundry room, toilet, shower room (double vanity and large shower), and, down 5 steps, a 49 m² living room with kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a small single bedroom (extra charge), and storage space.
Private, enclosed 200 m² garden with a terrace (18 m²), garden, and courtyard. Also available is the owners' 4-hectare property, with meadow and woods. Two bicycles are available upon request (100 € deposit). A secure motorcycle/bicycle shelter is available upon request.
Wi-Fi via repeater. Heating is charged separately in winter.
Baby equipment is available upon request: cot, high chair, baby bath, potty.
Electric vehicle charging station in Burie (17), 3 km away.
