This charming single-story house is located on an enclosed plot, offering peace and privacy while being just a short distance from local shops and the beautiful forest. Access to the property is via a small corridor, ensuring a serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The home features a cozy 16 m² living room with an open kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals together or relaxing after a day of exploration.



The two comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space. The first bedroom is 12 m² with a 140 cm bed, a closet, and a wardrobe.
