Gite 4-6 people quiet and comfortable in the heart of the vineyards, on a garden with trees surrounded by fruit trees of 1200m2.
House composed of:
- a large main room (50M2) with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine ...), a dining area and a TV lounge (sofa convertible 140)
- 2 bedrooms (a bed of 160 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm or bed of 180 on request) bedding and sheets of quality hotellière.
- a large double sink bathroom (hair dryer and towel dryer)
- a dressing room with washing machine (iron and ironing board, drying rack)
- a separate toilet
Beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided.
Summer, garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing in front of the vineyards.

The cottage is located in Sainte-Colombe, 10 minutes from Saint-Emilion, Medieval town, at the gates of the Dordogne and Perigord (Bergerac, Sarlat). Bordeaux (40 minutes), the medoc and its castles (Rothschild, Margaux); at the tip, Soulac sur mer (small Arcachon), boat (car) to go to Royan.
The Atlantic Ocean (Arcachon at 1H15 or Lacanau 1h) are easily accessible.
But also the Charente, its vineyards, Cognac villages, Aubeterre sur Dronne and La Rochefoucauld ...

Very peacfeul, everything you need for a relaxing stay

We stayed herer for two nights, the cottage is very well equiped with all modern items but still has the charm of a farmhouse cottage. Laura and Dominique and very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The garden was perfrect for us as it is a fully enclosed and fenced garden for our toddler and we could relax while he ran around.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, in einem Dorf gelegen, in dem selber kaum etwas ist. Aber St. Emilion und alle Weingüter sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, Einkaufsgelegenheit ebenfalls, und Lage damit sehr gut. Sehr schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Weinberge!

Mooie gite in de buurt van St. Emilion

We hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en het huis was zeer proper. Heerlijk rustig gelegen tussen de wijngaarden. Laura en haar man zijn ontzettend hartelijk. Voor ons was het zwembad wat te koud, maar anders geen opmerkingen.

Au coeur des vignes et à proximité de SAINT EMILION, ce gite est un havre de paix et de tranquilité. Le gite est particulièrement propre, fonctionnel et spacieux. Tout est pensé pour que le locataire soit au mieux. Très bien équipé en matière d'appareils ménager et ustensiles de cuisine. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et extrêmement disponibles. Nous vous conseillons ce gîte très bien situé (10km de Saint Emilion, superbe village ; à peine 1h du centre de Bordeaux). Un hypermarché situé à 2km vous permettra de faire vos courses. Le gîte est très propre, les photos sont conformes à la réalité et il est très bien clôturé (sans danger pour les enfants et les toutous) et sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires restent discrets et sont très sympathiques. Nous avons passée une agréable semaine, ( notre toutou aussi ! )si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons sûrement !
